How about you just return the device to its rightful owner? Apple added the Activation Lock to iOS 7 to block thieves like you from using/selling stolen iOS devices.

And on the outside chance that this is a legitimate question and you really did forget your gmail ID and password, one could argue that you may not be worthy of an iPhone.
