iOS 9 AT&T wifi calling toggle is gone

I am on iOS 9 beta 5 with iPhone 5c. everybody is talking about how I should be able to activat wifi calling but I see no option for it in phone settings

Toggles like that usually show up after a carrier settings update when carriers release a new feature... they send out an update.

If you're running an iOS9 beta, and AT&T is making the feature available in your area soon - they have the switch... you don't... so it's likely that AT&T isn't planning to introduce the feature in your market yet. Patience is a virtue. Being a squeaky wheel here ain't gonna' make AT&T grease you or move any faster...
