Why does my jailbroken iPhone 4 keeps rebooting whenever I enter my passcode?

hello i tried to jailbreak my iphone4 with pangu and everything was working perfect and then once i clicked on cydia it got frozen on some brown screen so i started pressing the home button and now every time i enter my passcode my phone reboots can somebody please help me i tried the light thing i also tried the headphones and the charger thing those dont work either also restarting it wont help

Restore your device and then try to jailbreak it again.
