I checked the volume control and it is set on max. Where is a setting that may be incorrect and causing that? Thank you. Mo

Check the following:

1. Mute switch on the side of the iPhone.
2. The Do Not Disturb feature.
3. Check to see if the device is connected to a bluetooth device.
