Phone got wet. Worked after dry then not. Fixable?

Was outdoors overnite on a somewhat protected windowsill. Face up. Next day there was some moisture inside the protective case.

It it worked then quit working... repair may be possible - only a GeniusBar or Authorized Service Center repair tech can tell you for sure.
