Why is my screen twice the size?

My granddaughter recently put her picture as my wallpaper. Could that be the reason my screen locks up on me, and everything is 3 times the size it should be, not allowing me to unlock it. Need help!

Sounds more like some setting changed in accessibility. Check under there in the settings to see if zoom or some other setting got switched on.
