Is there a way to empty the spam folder instead of deleting one by one via the Gmail app?

I use the Gmail app faithfully. Did something change? Or am I just over looking this? There used to be a way that I could empty the spam folder instead of deleting things one by one. Did gmail remove that feature?

Are you using the Gmail App or the stock iPhone mail with Gmail configured.

Mine still works in the stock Mail app.
1.Tap edit in top right corner.
2. Tap "delete all" in lower right corner.
3. Tap delete

Yours doesn't have that?
I don't use the Gmail app.

I guess I could do it that way. But I use the Gmail app for push purposes..

So I'd prefer to do everything from one app.

I think Ledsteplin is correct. The best way to do it would be to use the Apple Mail app. I don't see a way to do it in the Gmail app.
