How do I delete certain photo albums from my iPhone 5S?

I have successfully deleted all the pics these albums contained, how the album still appears on my list of albums even though it doesn't contain any pics. I would like to delete those albums so that it appears as though they never existed.

You can delete those albums you created or those apps create. But not the ones Apple put there. Here's how to delete an album YOU or an APP created.
