Watch Siri doesn't make calls?

i can phone people from my watch if i click on it via contacts, but when i ask Siri to call someone , it says calling, but stays on that and doesn't make the call.

Also 'Hey Siri' is very intermittent on watch?

I'm not having that issue. Have you restarted both devices?
