Why does my Iphone 6 stop ringing sometimes?

Sometimes my phone just stops ringing. It still vibrates but no ring. I have checked all my settings. I do not have the half moon in the upper right hand corner. Does this happen to anyone else?

That is usually a carrier issue. Give them a call and have them troubleshoot from their end.

What carrier do you have, I know sprint was having issues this week.
