What can be done about Music not merging with my locally stored music?

I have several thousand songs loaded locally on my Iphone 6 plus. When I subscribed to Apple music I needed to Turn on the I cloud library feature. Which then allowed me to access and organize music from the Apple music, When it asked if I wanted to replace or merge current music I choose merge and when it finished it only loaded part of my music. One full playlist that I created is refusing to be brought across. I am not sure what to do next. Any suggestions would be appreciated

I suspect that Apple is still ironing out the wrinkles with its Music service. Having said that, you can try -merging the items again or wait and see if your playlist get 'brought across', as you put it.

How can you merge again? I haven't found a way to do that!
