Photo app synching issue

So I have the latest IOS AND OS version but for some reason my photos don't seem to be sharing over. I can see them if I log into iCloud. I am using iCloud photo sharing. I tried to reset everything on the computer but still not showing up just older pictures.

Have you tried to log out of iCloud and then back in? You're on Wi-Fi, right?
