How is it possible to recover ringtones form iCloud backup

I am recovering my iPhone 5 from iCloud backup. However it will not recover ringtones I created myself . I need to sync my device with iTunes for the ringtones to update.
I was wondering if there is a way to restore my ringtones without the need to sync with iTunes?

If they are ringtones you created and not in a backup, I think an iTunes sync would be the best way.

They're just there, as will be notes, Contacts, Calendar and etc.
