The phone I have now is working well but the battery does not last long when I use internet package. Why?

What phone? What "internet package"? Cellular or wifi? What other processes are running on the phone? How old is the iPhone? Has it been damaged in any way? We would need a LOT more information to even begin to assist.

How old is your phone ,what type is it , do you have Bluetooth running, what os are you running etc ? Are vital in order to Answer your question accurately.
