Undecided to Buy iPHONE 6 ?

Hello all, I am planning to buy iPhone 6 but as I dig around the news, came to know that apple is releasing 6s soon... Do anyone know how soon is it? What is the releasing date? If its next year then will go for 6. Need suggestion.
