How can I connect my iPhone 6 to my mum's Samsung via Bluetooth?

I have an iPhone 6 and I am trying to connect via Bluetooth to my mums Samsung. she can find me and request connection but when I pair it comes up with "Not Connected" how can I connect to her phone?
