I need the Iphone5 to ring when calls come in instead of just viberate? I need to turn on the Ringer when calls come in?

Make sure the mute switch on the side of the phone is not on mute, and check your Notifications Sound for the Phone.

Check the above, and also go to Settings >Sounds >Ringtones> turn vibrate off if you don't want that and mark a Ringtone. Be sure it's one you can hear ok. Some are louder than others.
