I can't reset my settings

I pushed something in my settings on my iphone 5s - something about voice something --and now nothing works on my phone and it is set on airplane setting and I can't get wi-fi and siri does not work and I push buttons and nothing is responding--please help--

Go to Settings - General - Accessibility, and then disable "VoiceOver".
