Why have I been unable to update apps or download any new apps w/in the past few weeks?
Problem started in last couple of weeks. Have tried restarting phone to no effect. Software was updated to iOS 8.3 some months back. Also cannot download new apps. Problem is not with my account as my iPad is working fine, updating and downloading.
