Why is my App Store not working for my iPhone 5?

When I go to the App Store I just see a blank screen on the first four columns please help fix this problem

Sign out of iTunes on the device... Reboot the phone... Sign in again... If the issue persists, consider restoring the iOS.

Have you guys tried restarted the phone? That is hold the power and home buttons at the same time for 10 seconds until the apple logo appears then release. This will restart your device. Also go to the store, scroll to the bottom, click on Apple ID, then Sign Out, then repeat and sign back in.
