Why can't I download anything

I'm in Australia NSW and I can't download any apps I all I could download is one app how can I fix this problem

Do you have a valid, active Apple ID?
Are you signed in to the App Store with that Apple ID?

Some applications are not available in certain areas. You said you "did" download one app, so . . . are you sure the other applications are available in your area?
