Will I be able to use an iPhone 4s from Verizon on T mobile's network?

i have been using my iPhone 4s with a verizon provider I would like to switch to T mobile.
my phone has been unlocked by the provider, I reset it I now get this message on it.
CHOOSE A CARRIER
choosing a carrie will lock this iPhone to that carrier and cannot be changed.
regional carriers
inland cellular
straight talk

my question is does this mean i won't be able to connect to T mobile ?
what does Inland carrier mean?

Whichever carrier you choose, that is the carrier the device will be locked to.

what does Inland carrier mean?

from what I gather, it is the name of a specific wireless carrier.

A thing about the Verizon 4S variant of iPhone... those are only un-lockable by Verizon for INTERNATIONAL use - outside the USA... so the OP could get the device unlocked by Verizon and could be used on T-Mobile outside the US. But not on T-Mobile in the US.
