Public Beta program for iOS 8.4

I am part of the iOS beta program for the public. I'd like to test iOS 8.4. but I cannot find clear instructions as to how

could anybody explain to me how to do it?

If you're part of the Apple Beta Software Program, you can download iOS 8.4 (on a registered device) and use it. There will be a Feedback app on your device so you can provide . . . well, feedback.
