How can I prevent calls logs from appearing on a family member's iPhone?

I recently synched my wife's Iphone 6 (we share an Apple ID) and now my call history is showing up on her phone. How do I prevent this? Thanks.

Get your own Apple ID and use it instead of the shared one.
