Wifi grayed out on my ipad mini 3 after a JB messup

So i messed up. I tried to delete a couple of files in my cydia, and stupidly deleted my appsync
My ipad was running ios 8,1.2, and now not only is the jb dead, but also my wifi is grayed out and i cant take out find my ipad

Connect your iPhone to your computer, put it in recovery or DFU mode and then restore it via the computer's iTunes app.
