HELP! iPad Mini stuck in Apple progress bar. What can I do?

Story: I jailbroke my iPad mini iOS 8.1 and I didn't like it. I went to settings and clicked reset all data and now it's stuck on the apple progress bar. The screen just turns yellowish and stays there! I've tried dfu mode and it didn't work. PLEASE HELP!!!

It may take you several tries, but eventually, you'll be able to restore your device to functioning properly. Locate the .ipsw file (if available) and move it to the trash bin. Put the device in DFU mode, make sure you've installed the latest version of iTunes, and try to restore it. If it fails, reboot your device and computer and try again.
