Default Does more memory in an Ipad Air 2 use noticeably more power?

With similar use, would a 128gb Ipad Air 2 have less battery time than a 64gb version just by virtue of the additional memory?

Technically, more memory can use more power; however, in real usage, you will not notice any difference.
