Why doesn't the alarm sound at the set time?

The time of alarm appear but no sound comes when the time of alarm need it.

Here are some things to try:

1) Make sure you have a Sound set when you configure an alarm.

2) Make sure you have the volume turned up.

3) Verify you don't have your Side Switch set to mute.

4) Restart your device.

By the way, do other sounds work?

1. Initiate the Clock app
2. Set or edit an alarm
3. Scroll down and tap on "Sound"
4. Change the option from "None" to a alert tone you're interested in using.
