My photos & camera are size not correct, what's the deal?

Photos & Camera size not correct

Under Usage "Photos & Camera" shows 7+GB used yet I have deleted all photos and videos. I do a lot of video with MoviePro, 40GB, a week. I transfer the video to my iMac with Photo Transfer App. Apple Tells me to setup my 6+ as new, not from a backup. Who is guilty of incorrect memory mgmt, Apple or the Aps.

Do you have photos in your Photostream? Do you sync your photos via iTunes? If so, an iTunes sync may reset the stats to read more accurately.
