Adjusting Alternate Calendar in iPhone

Since iPhone provide an alternate calendar, how can I adjust (make corrections) for the Islamic calendar to be precise as this calendar is based on Lunar? The Islamic calendar month starts upon sighting of new moon every month. Therefore, manual correction is required sometimes.

If this doesn't solve your issue, you may need to download a separate calendar app that is designed specifically for the Islamic calendar. There appear to be several available on the app store.
