How do I return to my original webpage in Safari after getting into the dictionary option page?

I was reading in Safari, and highlighted/defined a word. Then I pushed the wrong highlighted option and now my Safari page is a list of the different language dictionaries available to download. It doesn't show me the normal bar that is usually in Safari and I can't figured out how to get back to my book...help? (iPhone 4S)
