Why won't my music download completely?

Normally once you listen to a song, there will be a blue download button afterwards but lately it hasn't been giving me the blue dot. The blue dot allows me to listen to music offline

I'd check how much space you have left on your phone, if it's low on storage it may not be able to download any more automatically.

You're using a music streaming app I assume? Which application are you using?

Hi, Aaron from Musi here. We had to remove downloading a few months ago due to legal restrictions with the App Store and SoundCloud. I'm really sorry about this!
