Taking a lot of time to load apps on the Apple Watch?

Every time I try and open an app it takes forever to load. Especially the weather app. Have to wait 5 or more seconds for it to load.

Shouldn't the internals be able to handle a simple weather app? Or maybe I picked up a lemon?

I don't have that problem, but third-party apps are slow to load.
