what will happen if i use my sister apple id and send an imsg from my iphone to my friend iphone,will my sister also recieve the msg? will she know what i have sent to my friend or no, if yes which number will she see?mine or my friend number?

If she is logged in on any Apple device, yes, she could see your messages. . . . My recommendation is not to share your Apple ID.

Use your own ID. If your sister lets you download apps, music and etc, you could share the iTunes ID, but your iCloud, iMessage and FaceTime ID's need to be different.
