Trying to get rid of contacts... used Groups app, delete button doesn't show up in groups

I'm trying to delete 4000 of my five thousand contacts. Downloaded Groups, selected 4000 contacts, hit the action button, but the Delete button didn't show up. Selected 4 contacts, same thing. No Delete button. What do I do?

Contact the app developer. If his app is not functioning properly (the Delete button does not appear), that's his issue to identify and resolve.
