So I just switch over from Android after not using an iPhone for years. I'm noticing that cloud enabled apps like google+ photo backup, MS one drive and Google music don't sync with cloud while closed.
For example i have google+ setup to backup my photos and videos but it only does it when the app is open. If I close it and go back it's right where I left it.
I already went to settings and I checked background data refresh and it's enabled for all apps.
