Why can't I see the pictures my husband posts to the iCloud photo stream I created?

I can see pictures other subscribers post but for some reason when he posts on the stream I can't see the pictures on my phone when I look at the photo stream. I allow subscribers to post and I can see posts from others. It is too weird.

Yes. Other pepople who are members of the site can see his what he posts. Just not me.
