How do I edit the world clock cities on the Watch?

I don't find where to edit the world clock cities list. No settings in the Watch app.

It is actually pretty simple - you add cities in the normal "Clock" app on the iPhone and it is synced right away.

Wow, it makes so much sense now, I just kept expecting for it to be somewhere in the Watch companion app. Of course it'd use the World Clock function from the iPhone. I'm embarrassed at how long I was looking for it.

Don't be embarrassed. There are a lot of settings and quirks with this Apple Watch, and we are all learning together.

Right…plus, it isn't intuitive. Those who've never bothered with World Clock might have forgottten it even existed inside the regular Clock app. I'd have expected a setting inside the Apple Watch app that matched the settings inside the Clock app.

This works find for cities already on the list.

Is there a way to add a 'new' city? For example, I would like to have Stuttgart, Germany. Do I have to settle for Frankfurt?
