whenever I try downloading an app I press the "get" button. after this it asks me for my Apple ID, I put it in or I put my fingerprint and it accredits it but the. the loop doesn't show up, instead I go back to the "get" button. does anyone know how to fix this?

Have you tried typing in your password instead of using your fingerprint? Maybe doing this once will help?
