Why does iTunes tell me it will take 14 hours to download iOS 8.3?

Just trying to download and update iOS 8.3 for my iPhone 5

Your internet connection has issues...

Try rebooting your internet/cable modem... any wifi/network hub/router if they're all under your control... and your computer.

Thanks but I am not sure that is the issue. I did a network test between attempts (see attached)

It isn't your internet connection.

What happens when Apple releases a new update is that their servers become inundated with people updating. It is slow on their end not yours.

I would suggest to wait a few days and try again.
