How do I change to a new LC track phone number?

Change to new lc track phone number.

I have a new telephone number for my home now. When I got my LC track line phone number it was different, due to a lack of communication with a internet service I was not able to bring my old phone number over... need help to disconnect phone on tack phone and add my new one... Thank you for any assistance you can give me.
