The home screen on my iPhone 5C has gone massive and I can't gain access to my phone. What can I do?

my home screen has gone huge and i can't get access to the phone. The button that you slide to turn off the phone is also too big too use.

Push/hold the home and power buttons at the same time until you see the Apple logo...then release the buttons...let it reboot.

Same thing happened to my iPad thankfully it I fixed it.
