Why my iPad 2 not getting any iOS updates?

I've iPad 2 and iOS is 4.3.3, whenever I try to download something it says need to update iOS 7.0 or later and when I try to upgrade it to 7.0 its just deny to update it pls help me got bad headache coz of this thanks

Make sure all of your account information is correct. You also might try to sign out of the App Store, restart, and then sign back in.
