    I have been on the phone to apple twice and been in store once and still my wifi network not working on my phone. It doesn't work in the office and doesn't work at home and yet when I went in store it worked perfectly and they couldn't find anything wrong with my phone. I am at a loss what to do and am using all my data by logging onto the internet. Can anyone help? I have reset network settings, rebooted, also done an update which I was told by apple would reset my phone completely, all without any luck whatsoever. Turned off wifi, turned off 4G, and nothing, nothing works. It just comes up with a screen shot off "Unable to join ....blah.... network". I am so frustrated with this.

    It sounds like you've done everything you could. I would let them know you want a new device.

    Take screenshots of the error messages you're getting and have them ready.

    Have you tried to restore the phone as new? Not from a back up? If not, try that. If the issue persist, get a replacement.
