Why can I no longer download apps?

Downloading apps

Since updating to ioS 8.3. I can no longer download apps from the Apple Store

1. Try rebooting your device
2. Go to Settings - iTunes & App Store and then tap on your Apple ID. Afterwards, sign out.
3. Sign back in and then try to download an app from the App Store b
