Why are my apps and games crashing?

my apps and games are crashing ?

All games i download from app store only crashes not those which i am syncing from itunes from my pc.

Try to restore to factory default or update your iOS.

Delete the App and Reinstall From Your Mac

Log out of your iTunes account on both your iPhone and computer and then log in again (must be the same Apple ID), turn connect and sync.

If the apps downloaded using the App Store were not done through your own iTines account, they may not work.
