I accidentally hit button for polish language, now can't get back to English. How can I get back to it?

help...accidently hit button for polish language, now can't get back to english? any advice

all directions for settings are all in polish language....so can't find out how to get back to language setting/???

hook up to iTunes and restore the last back-up you did...

Open the settings app, select the General menu icon. Then choose the 13th item in the menu, and the 1st item. You will be taken to the language settings menu.
