Why can't I add a small sticker (rather than a large one) to my Facebook comments?

When I click on on the sticker icon, it shows large and small emoticons. I can add a large one, but when I click on the small one it does not appear in my comment.

The Facebook App or Safari? Either way... It's a question for Facebook help/support...
