Can I use bad IMEI iphone6 on international Sim Card?

I would like to buy ip6, I dont live in US.
If I buy Spint, Verzion, T-Mobile or ATT iphone6, can I use my Simcard on Europe?

Depends on "bad" in re: IMEI... if it's lost/stolen - IMEIs go on deny service list... it it's "bad" for non-payment on a US carrier, then chances are, it could be used internationally. But I'd go with a clean phone regardless...
