my ipad won't connect since the last update completed

my ipad is very slow connecting since the last update on my ipad on march 31.

unable to connect to most websites before it times out.

Settings>> General>> Reset>> Reset Network settings... you'll have to put in passwords for previously used wifi hotspots.
